Next, we’ll take a scenic drive down Pacific 101 highway to Big Sur, where you’ll find picturesque seaside cliffs and the famous Bixby Creek Bridge. Top Destinations in the USA

Lake Tahoe, California

Starting off our list of top destinations in the USA is the stunning Lake Tahoe located on the border of Nevada and California. This is personally one of my favorite lakes in the country. With its clear blue water and granite rocks, Lake Tahoe offers a picturesque setting. One of the must-visit spots here is Sand Harbor Beach, where you can enjoy the clear water and relax on the beautiful sandy beach.

Yosemite National Park, California

Next on our list is Yosemite National Park, a place known for its breathtaking beauty. This park is famous for its massive granite cliffs, clear streams, and powerful waterfalls. One of the highlights of Yosemite is Half Dome, a towering piece of granite that offers stunning views of the surrounding area. Make sure to visit Yosemite Falls, one of the world’s tallest waterfalls, and experience the mesmerizing Horsetail Falls, which creates the illusion of a firefall during mid-February.

Big Sur, California

Continuing our journey down the California coastline, we arrive at Big Sur. This portion of the Pacific 101 highway offers one of the most scenic drives in America. And if you’re a waterfall lover, be sure to explore the beauty of McWay Falls, an 80-foot waterfall that cascades onto the beach below.

Venturing further up the northern California coast, we encounter the majestic California Redwoods. These towering trees are the tallest in the world, reaching heights of up to 379 feet. Walking among these giants is an awe-inspiring experience. One of the best places to see these redwoods is Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park, where you can immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere created by these ancient trees.

Oregon Coastline, Oregon

Leaving California behind, we make our way to the stunning Oregon coastline. Oregon is a state that holds a special place in my heart, and its coastline is truly a must-visit destination. Driving down the 101 coastal highway offers breathtaking views of the rugged coastline and countless waterfalls dotting the landscape. My personal favorite spot on the Oregon coast is Meyer Beach, with its massive rocks and secluded beach. Another highlight is the Samuel H. Boardman Scenic Corridor, which showcases some of the most beautiful spots along the Oregon coast.

Seattle, Washington

Heading north, we arrive at the vibrant city of Seattle. Known for its stunning skyline against the backdrop of the Puget Sound, Seattle offers a unique blend of city and nature. One of the iconic spots in Seattle is Pike’s Place, a public market that has been operating for over a hundred years. Here, you can explore fresh produce stands, unique shops, and even the world’s first Starbucks. Don’t forget to visit the famous Gum Wall, a colorful and quirky attraction located in Pike’s Place.

Alaska

Our next destination takes us to the wild and untamed landscapes of Alaska. If you’re looking to experience true wilderness, Alaska is the place to be. It’s also one of the few places in the country where you can witness the mesmerizing Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis. Island hopping to the beautiful state of Hawaii, we arrive at the island of Oahu. This island holds a special place in my heart, as I lived there for over eight months. Oahu is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wide range of activities such as hiking, surfing, and exploring. A visit to Waikiki is a must, with its perfect combination of city and ocean. The North Shore of Oahu is also a famous spot, known for its world-class surfing and laid-back vibes.

Continuing our exploration of the Hawaiian Islands, we arrive at the stunning island of Kauai, also known as the Garden Island. The Napali Coast and Waimea Canyon are two must-visit spots on the island, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable experiences.
